Our love story...

Kane and I met in high school. He was a friend of my older cousins, the seniors. And I was a scared little freshman. Of course I admired him from afar when I was sure he had no clue I existed. (I was wrong). Well sadly (jk), he graduated and I went through high school without him. He worked at the local grocery store during that time and every single time he saw he, he had to say hello. (and of course I swooned every time.)
It wasn't until a few years later I was on a family camping trip for 4th of July weekend. It was a weekend filled with boats, sunscreen and laughter. I posted many photos like any young girl with access to facebook. And here snuck Kane into my DMs. He started asking me about the camp ground I was staying at. Saying the last time he was there "the rules were strict." I was thinking, like I care about camp ground rules? Why are you asking me about this? Well it must have worked because he got my number and we went out for sushi within a month.
After that every weekend I was with him but it wasn't until we attended a friends wedding did we realize, we weren't "official". He had spent most of the night getting the "If you hurt her" talk. That night we were watching a movie and he finally asked. "Will you be my girlfriend."
Within a year of us being together we were living with one another and the rest is history!!!!!!
